I joined Safa in 2017. I started my role as Head of Lsa’s. I supervise, train and support the Lsa’s at Safa that work 1 to 1 with students in Foundation and Primary. In foundation I provide ABA therapy sessions based on Individual Therapy plans.
I am from The Netherlands and moved to the UAE in 2010 with with family. I enjoy being part of the Inclusion department at SCS. I love languages and speak Dutch, English, French, German, Spanish and Arabic. I really enjoy working with students from different cultures and countries.
I have worked In international Schools in Dubai as a learnings support Assistant. I enjoyed working as part of an inclusion team and decided to expand my knowledge. I gained my ABA/RBT and IBT license and I am registered with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. I have completed a SEND diploma course .
