I have been a Secondary Mathematics teacher for 4 years and have previously taught in the South West of England and Dubai. I am very much looking forward to starting my journey at Sara Community school.
I was privileged to have some excellent maths teachers during my education and it is my goal to be able encourage and inspire students to have the same love and interest in mathematics as I do.
I graduated from the University of the West of England with a degree in Mathematics with Qualified teachers status (BSc Hons).
Outside of the classroom I enjoy playing hiking, netball, going to the gym, baking, spending time with family and friends, travelling, and enjoying the sunshine.
I am entering my 5 year as a teacher and 3rd year teaching in Dubai. In my previous school I worked as Assistant subject lead and completed my Level 2 Duke of Edinburgh qualification. Teaching and learning is a true passion of mine but I am also dedicated to the wellbeing and personal growth of all students.
