Hello! My name is Roisin Lennon, and I hail from the charming city of Cork, Ireland. As a teacher, I pride myself on being kind, patient, and caring, values that I hold dear in both my personal and professional life. I am thrilled to meet you all in August. I look forward to creating a supportive and inspiring learning environment where we can grow and thrive together.
Having lived in the UAE for seven wonderful years, Dubai has become home for us. Last September, our family welcomed a precious addition, Ada, and it has been most rewarding to watch her grow and develop. To relax I enjoy going for a run along Kite Beach and bringing Ada swimming.
My teaching journey began after graduating from Mary Immaculate College in Limerick, Ireland, in 2013. For five enriching years, I taught in an Irish-speaking school, fostering a love for the Irish culture. Seeking new horizons, I ventured to Al Ain, where I taught in an IB/American curriculum school for 2 years which exposed me to the wonderful culture of the Emirati people. In 2020, I joined the fantastic team at Safa Community School, bringing with me a wealth of experience, passion, and a commitment to empowering students to reach their fullest potential.
