My name is Anna Weston and I am from Manchester in the UK. I have lived in Dubai for 9 years now, all of which have been spent as part of Safa Community initially as a parent, then volunteer and now staff member. I am delighted to be joining the team.
I have 2 children, 1 currently in secondary and the other already graduated from Safa Community. As my children grow up and become more independent I find that am lucky to have a good circle of friends here in Dubai with whom I enjoy sampling the rich and wide variety of culinary delights, sights and sounds that Dubai has to offer.
I graduated from Manchester University in the UK with a degree in Mathematics and have had 20 years experience of working in the Financial Services Industry as an Auditor, Financial Systems Specialist and Project Manger. As a Safa parent I have had a number of voluntary roles at the school and most recently worked as a Learning Support Assistant in the primary school.
