Hello there, I am so looking forward to meeting you! My name is Ella Waterfield and I will be your class teacher.
When people meet me, they are not surprised to find out I am a teacher. Just like your child, I have a curious nature, a positive outlook and an important sense of fun! Together we will explore stories, lead adventures, absorb nature, build nurturing relationships and most importantly, we will achieve our full potential. I am from Manchester in the UK and I am from a family of bakers. You will often find me baking on facetime with my Dad, painting with friends or taking part in fitness challenges with other teachers.
Just like some of you, this will be my first year at Safa Community School yet I have been working alongside young people for the past 10 years. I have been a camp councellour in America, a ski host in France and in England I have experience working as a sports coach, swim instructor, PE Teacher and primary class teacher. I have been a class teacher for 5 years across the Foundation Stage and Year 1 and I really enjoy the magic of working alongside young people. Continuing my teaching journey here at SCS is an exciting place to be.
