I’m Faisal Ali, from London, England. With 14 years of teaching experience under my belt, this being my thrid year at Safa Community School. Teaching computer science is my speciality, and I can’t wait to share my enthusiasm for the subject with our students. Together, let’s explore the boundless possibilities of technology!
When I’m not in the classroom, you’ll often find me deeply immersed in my passions. As a big football and boxing fan, I eagerly follow the latest matches and bouts, particularly supporting my beloved Arsenal. But it’s not just sports that capture my interest – I’m also an avid explorer of cultures and cuisines. Highlights of my travels include unforgettable experiences in Hawaii, Peru, Malaysia, and the Philippines, where I’ve savoured diverse flavours and immersed myself in rich traditions.
Throughout my career journey, I’ve been fortunate to gather a diverse range of teaching experiences both in the UK and the Middle East. These experiences have shaped my approach and enriched my understanding of education in various contexts. From my time in Ofsted-rated outstanding mainstream schools, to working in a hospital school, every opportunity has been a learning curve. Additionally, teaching students in Bahrain and Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, has broadened my perspective and deepened my appreciation for cultural diversity. Now, at Safa Community School, I’m eager to leverage this wealth of experience to empower our students. My goal is to foster independence and cultivate problem-solving skills, equipping them for success both inside and outside the classroom. Together, let’s embark on a journey of growth and discovery.
