Funke Jinad

My Chemistry teacher was a real inspiration to me, and she is one of the major reasons I pursued a career in teaching. I’ve always wanted to emulate the impact she had on my life.

So this is what brought me here. 7 years later as a Chemistry teacher. Chemistry is my passion, it teaches us about the world around us and it ties together biology and medicine, physics and maths, earth and environmental sciences. But most importantly, it’s great fun and I will never get bored of adding sodium to water and setting fire to thermite.
