In my classroom, I aspire to teach lessons that are engaging and fun. I love seeing the progress of the children especially in learning a foreign language and how they start building their vocabulary bank in Arabic. I believe that learning Arabic is important because we are living in Dubai, so children can get the opportunity to practice the language outside the school as well. I cannot wait to be part of your child’s learning journey this year.
Hello, my name is Hala Abdelmajid I am from Sudan and was born and raised in Dubai. I taught for 9 years in Dubai, this will be my sixth year here at Safa Community School. As well as enjoying teaching, I am also enjoying reading books and watching movies. Traveling and exploring new places and cultures around the world is the best way to spend my holidays.
I graduated from University of Jazeera (Dubai) in 2013 with an Information Technology and System degree. Experience in schools inspired me to complete a Master degree from United Arab Emirates University in curriculum and instruction in 2016. I have experienced teaching in different year groups but Key Stage 1 is my favorite. I am extremely excited to meet year 1 students. I am very much looking forward to the year ahead.
