Outside of school, I’ve had the pleasure of adopting two wonderful cats and a desert dog during my time here in Dubai. My faithful companion, Alfie, and I frequently explore the great outdoors, especially during the cooler months when we can be found hiking and immersing ourselves in the UAE’s breathtaking landscapes. This natural environment serves as an incredible source of inspiration for me, and I continuously integrate this creativity into my teaching practices.\n\nAs you might have guessed, I am an avid reader and have a deep appreciation for literature. I cherish moments when students approach me with book suggestions or share their favorite literary genres. In my previous school, my students introduced me to several talented dystopian authors, and I now find myself particularly drawn to this genre.\n\nI am incredibly excited to embark on this new journey at Safa Community School. I look forward to immersing myself in your unique school culture, collaborating with colleagues, and, most importantly, having the privilege of getting to know and work with each of you.
