I am the technician for DT in charge of making sure the materials are prepared needed to manufacture the students’ designs. I am also involved in the safe use of the machineries and making sure the students are following the safety protocols in the workroom.
My passion is to create and learn, and to empart my knowledge and skills to students. I also love travelling and have lived and worked in 3 countries. I spend my free time hanging out with friends and taking care of my four aquariums.
I have been in the education industry for nine years. I was a math and science teacher but have found my passion in design. When I moved to Dubai I started as an assistant P.E. teacher. I am proud that my technical skills are mostly self-taught. I still coach multi-sports activities during school holidays.
