Kemla Boudjemline
French Teacher & MAGT Coordinator
Hello,
My name is Kemla Boudjemline. I am French and I grew up in Lyon, the city of of Lights. I graduated from the University of Portsmouth with a PGCE of Modern Foreign Languages (French and Spanish).
About Me
I have been in Dubai for fourteen years and have been teaching languages for a bit longer. In France, I was teaching English in public schools. I love cooking, cycling and running when I can. I was fortunate enough to have visited more than 20 countries and discovered a lot of cultures. In my spare time, I love doing activities and connect with my two children sharing my passion for languages.
My Experience
I have been teaching at Safa Community School since 2017 where I have taught French from Year 1 to Year 13. Prior to SCS, I was at another school in Dubai where I taught French, IB Curriculum for Secondary.
I love cooking French food as well as international dishes. I enjoy badminton and table tennis and played in my High School team. I like reading about education and discovering new ways to enhance students’ experiences at school. I have offered French KS3 support as well as French GCSE intervention and would love to be able to offer a wider range of cross-curricular activities.
