Marhaba, My name is Omama Abdin. I believe Children learning Arabic achieve the best results when they are stimulated, engaged and happy in lessons. I am constantly striving to improve myself as a teacher to create the best possible learning environment for the children in my class. I enjoy reading and love spending time with my family. I am happiest when I am involved with my children, supporting their holistic development and encouraging them to do their best in all aspects of their lives.
About Me
I am from Egypt and I have been in Dubai since 2010. I acquired a Bachelor in Accounting and worked in this area until moving to the UAE. It was then that my interest in Education began and developed. I’m married and I have 4 boys 2 set of twins two of them in the university studying computer Engineering the second twins they are students at Safa Community school .My favorite sport swimming and I love watching my kids swimming during the competitions.
My Experience
I graduated with a Bachelor in Accounting from Ain Shams University, Egypt. I have a particular interest in children with late language development, having studied this area for 4 years. From this I moved on to a position in GEMS Jumeirah Primary school JPS working in the Arabic department. Since 2015, I have been Arabic B Teacher at GEMS Wellington silicon Oasis WSO for 5 years. I have been working at Safa Community School since 2020.Here some of my personal qualifications: – KHDA approval as Arabic teacher.- Level 6 Extended Diploma in Global Teaching Practice -MOE Certified Arabic B Teacher
