Hello, my name is Sarah Edwards and I am looking forward to my second year at Safa Community School as Head of Modern Foreign Languages at Safa Community School since 2022.
About Me
I was born in Cardiff, South Wales in the United Kingdom. I love to play sports, watch theatre shows and travel. I have a passion for languages, and a great enthusiasm to inspire young people to achieve their maximum potential in education. For me, teaching is not just a job, it is a vocation. I am passionate about learning languages and achieving high standards. My passion derives from my enthusiasm of learning languages and the drive to create inspiring lessons. I am dedicated to constantly delivering lessons which contain excellent subject knowledge to engage students. My honors degree in Spanish and French has aided my teaching so that students are able to achieve to a very high standard. My passion for learning Spanish was heightened by my year abroad, which was spent in Madrid.
My Experience
I hold over 11 years teaching experience in which I have been teaching languages in Dubai since 2018 and leading sectors of MFL since 2019.
