About Me
I have recently moved to Dubai after teaching in Doha. I have loved the welcoming atmosphere. Outside school life, I love to be outside enjoying the sunshine and travelling to new places. To relax, I love to watch tv serieses, read and go to the gym.
My Experience
I studied English Literature at Queen’s University, before moving to London to complete my PGCE at Goldsmiths University in London. From there I moved to Manchester and spent my teaching career in the locality undertaking various roles from Head of Year, PSHE whole school lead and Faculty of English. I have been a senior examiner managing a team of examiners and ensuring consistency. I have taught the International Baccalaureate and British curriculum for 18 years. Currently, I am studying for a Masters in Education. I am excited for the new academic year and beginning teaching at Safa Community School.
