I am proud to be part of the SCS family and to welcome your child to the school.
I moved to Dubai from Chelmsford, UK in 2018 and joined the Safa family in 2022. I moved to the UAE to experience life in Dubai and learn more about the cultures and traditions. I am interested in health and wellbeing and this transfers into my teaching philosphy, helping children to look after themselves and manage their emotions as they grow up. Outside of school, I enjoy playing sports, reading and enjoy taking part in outdoor activities.
After studying for a BSc of Sport and Exercise Science at University, I completed a SCITT teacher training in Essex, UK. I have been teaching for 7 years and have taught across all year groups in KS2. Within the classroom, my focus is developing strong teacher-student relationships which will support children to have the confidence to challenge their understanding of the world around them. I look forward to meeting you all and beginning our learning together.
