I am a very experienced Visual Arts Teacher, thoroughly immersed in UK and international curricula. I love teaching and travelling internationally, meeting new people and working with students and colleagues from across the world. It is inspiring to embrace the melting pot of ideas and experiences through Art and Design.
I have worked in various teaching and leadership roles in outstanding schools in the UK, Singapore and Dubai. I am thoroughly immersed in UK and International curricula and enjoy teaching all ages from 3-18 and have taught Art and Design in both Primary and Secondary schools.
My specialism is Printmaking and I enjoy utilising a number of printmaking techniques in my teaching. I like to ensure there is strong emphasis on drawing as a fundamental skill and a wonderful way of expressing ideas. My aim is to always create a love of Art, to weave the magic of creativity into everyday life where teaching is inherently personalised and inspires students’ intellectual curiosity. Outside of school I have a keen interest in documentary photography which I eagerly put to use while exploring the UAE and beyond with my family.
