My name is Lyndsay Kelly. I have been teaching since 2006. I moved to Dubai in 2017. Prior to that I lived in Dublin, Ireland where I studied at Trinity College Dublin and Dublin City University.
I moved to Dubai in 2017 with my husband and children. We love the multicultural lifestyle and of course, the sunshine! In our free time, we love to go camping, to the beach and travelling to new places. To unwind I like to watch movies, do crosswords and write creatively. Most of all, I love to inspire young people to tap into their own creative talents and bring forth their own ideas into the magical world of paper and pen!
For as long as I can remember, I have always loved working with young people and helping others to learn. Professionally, my teaching career began in 2006. I completed my Bachelor of Arts and teacher training at Dublin City University. After this, I went on to complete a Master in Education at Trinity College Dublin. Throughout my career I have taught English, Religion, Learning Support, Vocational and Careers. I have continued to focus on my professional development, taking a particular interest in SEN over the years. I am looking forward to the new academic year and supporting the wonderful students at Safa Community School in achieving their true potential.
