About Me
I am from Connemara, a small, picturesque area nestled in the West of Ireland. I feel truly fortunate to have grown up immersed in Irish music and dance. I believe this fuelled my creative nature and a passion for learning from a young age.An explorer at heart, I enjoy travelling to new countries and experiencing diverse cultures. In my spare time, I love to read, exercise and explore the wonderful city we live in!
My Experience
I gained my PGCE from the University of Sunderland after completing a BSc in Athletic Therapy in Dublin. As a teacher, I strive to promote curiosity and inquiry in my students by creating a warm, welcoming environment where the children feel comfortable expressing themselves and sharing their ideas. My aim is to engage children in their learning and inspire them to reach their full potential. I am excited for my fourth year in Year 2 and to continue my role as Head of English for KS1.
