Hi! My name is Mr. Patel and I am a Business and Economics Teacher. I’m from a large town in England called Bolton which is located in Greater Manchester.
In my spare time I like to watch cricket and football as well as going to the gym on a regular basis to keep fit. I love to dine out as I am a huge foodie! Prior to moving to Dubai I used to have a street food business as second source of revenue selling authentic Indian tandoori cuisine. I really value the importance of learning from one another and embracing different cultures and backgrounds. I am really passionate and enthusiastic about my subject as well as supporting students pastorally.
I graduated in 2011 at Lancaster University studying Economics and International Relations. I then went on to complete my teacher training in Business Education at Manchester Metropolitan University. I have 8 years of teaching experience, teaching IB, A-level, BTEC and GCSE. My experience predominantly focuses around Economics. I have taught this at all years in KS4 and KS5.
